7KW DC Charging Pile

This is a 7KW DC charging pile. It uses a single - phase L/N + PE input system, with an input voltage range of 176 - 264VAC, a frequency of 50/60Hz, and a maximum input current of less than 34A. The maximum output power is 7KW, and the power can be adjusted from 3.5KW to 7KW via software control. The output current ranges from 0 - 20A, and the voltage is 250 - 750VDC, with a constant - power output range. It has voltage and current regulation functions, both with an accuracy of less than ±1%. The operating temperature ranges from - 40°C to +75°C, and derating is required above +55°C. It adopts forced air cooling, with a relative humidity not exceeding 95% and no condensation. Derating is needed when used at altitudes above 2000 meters, making it suitable for various environments.

05 Warranty Terms

1. The warranty period of this product is 12 months. Please provide the purchase certificate at that time as the basis for product warranty.

2. During the warranty period, for non - human - caused faults (judged by the official employees of our company) under normal use conditions in accordance with the operation instructions, maintenance will be provided.

3. The charging device can enjoy the above - mentioned warranty terms except for the following problems:

• Unable to provide this warranty certificate, or the content on the warranty certificate does not match the physical identification of the repaired product or has been altered.

• Unable to provide a valid invoice.

• Exceeding the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.

• Damaged due to failure to use, maintain, or store in accordance with the requirements of the product user manual.

• Damaged or malfunctioned due to foreign objects entering.

• Damaged due to disassembly by someone other than the person responsible for the three - package repair.

• Damaged due to force majeure (such as lightning, high voltage, earthquake, fire, flood and other natural disasters).

• Faults and damages caused by other unavoidable external factors.

• Damaged due to improper use resulting in the device getting water or other solutions into it.

• Damaged due to using a power source or voltage other than the specified one.

4. For products that have exceeded the warranty period or are not within the warranty scope, we provide paid maintenance services.

Only the above - mentioned guarantees are provided, and no other express or implied guarantees (including implied guarantees of merchantability, reasonableness and adaptability to a certain specific application, etc.) are made.
